Across Florida 200
The Across Florida 200 is an unsupported run that starts on the west coast of the state at the Withlacoochie Bay Trail in Inglis and follows clay, dirt, and asphalt roads, paved paths, and trails until the finish in on the east coast in St. Augustine on the St. John’s Pier.

On November 4, I participated in the inaugural Tampa Bay 100, an urban ultra through Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete, and other areas along the way. Among the people I know, I’m one of the few that enjoys road ultras and then you add sightseeing and navigation? SOLD! My friend Tiffany also signed up, so we were set for adventure!

The Berlin Wall 100 commemorates the victims of the former border, which separated Germany between 1961 and 1989. The course follows the former border strip, that makes a little over 161 kilometers around western Berlin.

Badger 100 Race Report
No crew. No pacers. No drop bags. No problem. Except wait. That’s not right. Lots of problems. All the problems. I knew taking on a hundred miler just after Vol State was going to be a challenge. I figured it would be a physical challenge, that my body would be so run down my legs would give out 10 miles in. Though the reality was that it was much more of a mental challenge with a little bit of physical troubles thrown in. I had 8 days of recovery between my finish at Vol State and the start of Badger.
Last Annual Vol State 500k Race Report
The Last Annual Vol State is a 314-mile road race (or journey run) that starts in Dorena Landing, MO and ends in Castle Rock Georgia, where the bulk of the race (over 300 miles) follows highways and rural roads in Tennessee.
Keys 100 Race Report
The Keys 100 is absolutely incredible and absolutely awful. Would I do it again? Fuck no. Am I glad I did it? Hell yes. If you’re looking for a good challenge, I highly suggest putting this race on your list.
Great Southern Endurance Run DNF
Yes, you can DNF a virtual race. This is a short recap of the time I attempted the 100 miler at GSER when it was offered exclusively during COVID. It has returned to its regular distance of 100k, which I have completed twice since.
